rbaj Terms and Conditions

Welcome to rbaj. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and rbaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rbaj website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at rbaj.club.

By registering an account on rbaj, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the rbaj platform.

rbaj is operated as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and all payment processing is handled through local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These Terms are written in English and apply to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh.

To register and use the rbaj platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rbaj does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts on rbaj.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of rbaj or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on rbaj. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering your rbaj account, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national ID or passport.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh.
• A valid email address that you have access to.
• A secure password that you have not used on other platforms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbaj account credentials. rbaj will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. rbaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. This may include a copy of your national ID card, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your mobile banking account showing your registered name. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on rbaj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbaj currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Nagad — instant deposit and withdrawal processing
• Rocket — instant deposit and withdrawal processing

Deposits are credited to your rbaj wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger an identity verification request.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the rbaj payments team within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200. Withdrawals can only be sent to a mobile banking account registered in the same name as your rbaj account. rbaj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

rbaj does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside rbaj's control. Any currency conversion costs, if applicable, are also the responsibility of the player.

If a deposit fails to credit to your rbaj wallet within 10 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, please contact rbaj support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

rbaj offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all rbaj promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated on the promotion page. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited when the validity period expires.
• Only one bonus can be active on your rbaj account at any time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering requirements as the bonus itself unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. rbaj accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player misunderstanding game rules.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all rbaj games:

• All bets placed on rbaj are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been submitted.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, rbaj will use server-side logs to determine the outcome of the round. The result recorded on rbaj's servers is considered final.

The following activities are considered violations of rbaj's fair play policy and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal game conditions.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or predictive software to gain an advantage over the RNG.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or analyse the rbaj platform's source code or game algorithms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the rbaj platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.

rbaj takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control of their spending. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be accessed directly from your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration. rbaj will notify you when your session limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the rbaj platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during the current session.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting rbaj support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered mobile banking account within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbaj's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rbaj is not liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses caused by interruptions to the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond rbaj's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses caused by your reliance on information published on the rbaj platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits rbaj's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rbaj reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, rbaj will provide notice via email to all registered players at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the rbaj platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact rbaj support to close your account.
